I am so pleased that I chose London Diamonds to make my fiancee's engagement ring, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. James was absolutely fantastic to work with. Meetings/consultations were relaxed and friendly, and I never felt under any pressure to buy or to make a decision that I wasn't totally comfortable with. James was very quick to respond to emails at every stage of the process, and his responses were genuinely informative and helpful (which was particularly appreciated given that I don't buy diamonds every day of the week!).And as for the end product - wow! My fiancee loves it, as do I, and she's had so much lovely feedback from friends and even strangers. A huge thanks must go to the team who work behind the scenes too!

I can honestly say it was a privilege to meet James. He is someone you can completely put your trust in and know that you will get exactly what you’ve asked for. James really knows and understands how important it is to his clients that they have a price of jewellery that is amazing, whatever the budget. I absolutely would not hesitate, in fact really hope, that I get the opportunity to work with James again. I am extremely happy with my ring and James really is just a lovely guy.

So glad we chose to use James at London Diamonds Official for our engagement purchase. I couldn’t have wished for a better experience from James and will be recommending to others. I started following on Instagram London Diamonds some time ago and plucked up the courage to message him. He wasn’t pushy at all and very knowledgeable. Nothing was too much work for him and he really educated me on the whole diamond market. At times I am sure I was a real pain in arse. I wanted everything right and had high expectations which he immediately met and knew exactly what I wanted for the right engagement ring. I trusted him right from the off. Some several weeks later and the ring arrived very well packaged in the post. (The ring box is something else!) The build quality is superb and the team behind the scenes are a credit to you!Thank you for everything James and send my thanks to the rest of the team involved with making my fiancées engagement ring. - I look forward to working with you in the future on the wedding rings! 😁💪

Fantastic customer service & communication throughout, not to mention the ring itself which is top quality. James provided great advice on the best diamond for my budget, taking the time to explore a number of options.James kept me updated with progress throughout the process with images & videos of the ring prior to delivery. All with a tight turnaround of just a few weeks for delivery in time for Christmas which was no trouble.Could not recommend London Diamonds highly enough!

I live in the US and wanted a tennis bracelet. I was slightly apprehensive about ordering online but I read the ’London Diamonds‘ amazing reviews and thought I’d go for it. My 4 carat bracelet arrived this week and it was totally beautiful. The packaging was lovely and thank you to James and team for doing such a great job. I’ll be back for some diamond studs soon!

We stumbled across London Diamonds on Instagram, we were a little bit apprehensive about ordering online but we needn’t have worried! The service we had from James was fantastic. James accepted the challenge of making my engagement in the design that I wanted and within our budget which wasn’t huge. James & the team at London Diamonds are absolutely fantastic, I really can’t fault them. I had been looking at rings for around 3 months before eventually finding London Diamonds, I wasn’t able to really find the ring I wanted & I was just getting the pushy sales techniques from other jewellers. I contacted James and let him know my specification and he came back near enough instantly with costs and some advice - but no pressure to buy. He then proceeded to answer any questions I had & I knew then that I had found the jewellers I wanted to make my ring! The pressure had completely gone & it actually became such an easy experience. Upon ordering I let James know that I wasn’t actually needing the ring until early February (This was the very beginning of November) that didn’t stop him getting the ring built or putting any work in front! Within a matter of days I had photos and videos of the ring - James even offered to hold it in their vault until I needed it. All in all it was around a week from ordering to it arriving at my door! The ring itself was perfect, I really couldn’t fault it or the entire team at London Diamonds. They have been fantastic & If you’re looking for the perfect jeweller, you’ve found it! Thank you so much for making the experience as easy as possible!

5* everything about the service I received was brilliant. I went to a popular high street Jewellers and was told buy a few people that the prices are so over inflated for what you get. I viewed some rings and I spoke to James at London diamonds. He managed to source me the perfect ring, better quality at a cheaper price! Honestly please dont shop on the high street speak to these guys first.

James and his team are amazing. James took into consideration all my requests and built the perfect rings for me. Nothing was too much he was very patience and made sure I felt at ease and was not pressured into purchasing anything until I was fully comfortable with the design, price and the diamond. He gave informative advice when needed. This showed the high level of expertise and experience he had in this industry.I would highly recommend, you won’t find this level of service anywhere and the quality is exceptional.

I was asked to help with the selection of my best friends engagement ring. I was so anxious at the thought of her having an ugly/run of the mill ring. I mean it’s not everyday your bestie gets proposed to, so when it happens it has to be special and beautiful. So, I suggested London Diamonds, when I contacted James he was so helpful and patient. The time we had to pull this off was limited, but James reassured me the ring would be here on time...... of course it was, what a great guy! I could not recommend this company enough. You’re not going to buy diamonds or propose everyday..... when you do make sure they’re special, beautiful and different! Thanks so much for your help!CG

Brilliant service - was a bit nervous to begin with as I hadn’t dealt with the company or bought this value of jewellery before online but James and the team are brilliant.
