Measure an existing ring

If she already wears a ring on THAT finger, it’s easy. Sneak it to a jeweller and get it measured. If that’s not possible, you need to ‘borrow’ the ring and measure it, as accurately as possible, from inner edge to inner edge. For example, if it’s 16mm, she’s a size K 1/2, if it’s 18mm, she’s a size P 1/2.

Left or right handed?

If she’s right handed, she’s likely to be one size smaller on her left hand.

No Rings

If she doesn’t wear any rings and you REALLY don’t have any idea, ask her mum, sister or best pal as ladies often share their finger sizes.

Check your phone

If that doesn’t work, search your phone for pictures of her hands. Send us as many as possible, ideally holding a glass, a pet, or child etc and we can usually make an educated guess.

It’s a useful skill we’ve developed over the years and whilst we probably ought to get out more, it’s come in very handy over the years.

Worst case scenario, if we all get it totally wrong, we can resize it for you - no charge or hassle.

How often can I resize my ring?

We will never charge you to resize a ring we made. However, if you do it more than once it will weaken the ring, especially if it has diamonds on the band, so please bear this in mind.
