What's included in your lifetime warranty
Your London Diamonds lifetime warranty includes complimentary resizing, professional cleaning, polishing, setting checks and general repairs for the lifetime of your ring.
Do you offer free ring resizing?
Yes. We offer complimentary ring resizing for life on eligible rings. Most rings can be adjusted by up to two sizes, although some designs cannot be resized due to their construction.
How do I arrange a service for my ring?
Simply contact our team and we’ll guide you through the process. Whether your ring needs cleaning, polishing, a setting check or a repair, we’re here to help.
What repairs are included in the lifetime warranty?
Our lifetime warranty includes repairs to your ring setting and ongoing maintenance to help keep your jewellery in excellent condition for years to come.
Can my ring be checked to make sure the diamond is secure?
Yes. As part of our lifetime aftercare service, we can inspect your ring and setting to ensure everything remains secure and performing as it should.
Is professional cleaning included?
Yes. Professional cleaning and polishing are included as part of our lifetime warranty, helping your ring maintain its sparkle and finish over time.
What is not covered by the lifetime warranty?
The warranty does not cover all repairs. If the damage sustained is so severe that the setting can’t be salvaged, a new setting will need to a made which will be chargeable.
We don’t cover neglect, misuse, fair wear and tear, or repairs and alterations carried out by another jeweller.
To date, we have been able to repair over 80% of rings sent to us.
